This totally stinks. You know that my reality is very similar- it's hard to find energy to work out when you aren't sleeping, I totally hear you! I wonder if you should change the kind of exercise? Is there family exercise you can do? Go on hikes together in the evenings now that it's nicer, later. Or a trainer you could get to work with you? Or try biking? Something to get exercise without the pounding on your joints and the relentless push on your lungs? Just an idea. It's amazing you are still standing- seriously. You are an incredible person to be going through this like you do- yet I always see you with a smile on your face and loving your kids so well.
